Yes, our team provides ongoing support, including virtual follow-ups and coordination with your GP if necessary. You take with you all notes and medical reports and receive a details instruction in what to do in order to continue the post op care. Our UK Nurse is in charge of orientation phase. We also provide to our patients Sick notice, work exemption, GYM exemption and Fit to Fly Letters or any admission letter to support your healing phase.

For procedures such as Plastic Surgeries we do not work exclusively with therapist. We have a wide list of professionals that serves in many regions, contact us so we can recommend one. Region may vary.

Yes, companions are welcome. Packages can be adjusted to include accommodation and transfers for them as well FREE of charge is coming with you. Different fee is applied if timing is not together.

We provide all discharge reports in English and remain available 24/7 for support. We also coordinate with your local doctor if urgent care is needed.

Flights are not included, as patients often prefer to choose their own airline and dates. We provide guidance to find the most convenient options and affordable.

It is unfair to include a package with flight included and some patient end up paying more than others.

Most patients from the UK, EU, and many other countries do not require a visa for stays under 90 days. We’ll advise you based on your nationality.

Bring your passport, medical reports (if applicable), prescriptions, and comfortable clothing for recovery. We’ll send you a full pre-travel checklist.

Safety comes first. If surgery must be postponed or canceled, only costs already incurred (tests, hotel nights) will apply — not the full package.

Complications are rare, and luckly we have never faced them. But if they occur during your stay, all necessary care is provided at no additional cost. If revision is needed later, we guide you transparently.
