Cancellation Policy

Weight Loss Surgery Booking Policy Thank you for choosing our clinic for your weight loss journey. To ensure a smooth and organized process, please review our booking policy carefully before securing your surgery date: Deposit & Booking A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and secure your surgery date. This deposit covers administrative and scheduling costs and cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellations for personal, medical, or travel-related reasons. Rescheduling While deposits are non-refundable, we understand that plans may need to change. You may reschedule your surgery date with advance notice of at least 14 days before the original surgery date. Requests to reschedule made with less than 14 days’ notice may be subject to additional fees or may not be accommodated, depending on availability. No-Show or Last-Minute Cancellations Patients who fail to attend their scheduled surgery without prior notice or cancel with very short notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a new deposit to rebook. Travel and Accommodation Please ensure that your travel and visa arrangements are confirmed before making your surgery deposit. The clinic is not responsible for any travel disruptions or issues that may impact your ability to attend your appointment.
